Pork may be purchased as sides, or you may wish to go the “whole hog”! Sides include the shoulder, the loin and the leg with various options available for each.
Cost is calculated from the bone-in weight (hook weight) prior to processing. Cuts come packed in bags and labelled. They are generally not meal sized so have some freezer bags handy.
The prices below include all cuts but now exclude delivery (due to recent freight/fuel increases)
