Beef Bulk Order Form

The most economical way to buy our beef is in bulk, either by the side or quarter, or as an eighth. These options give you a cut of everything on the beast. Cost is calculated from the bone-in weight (hook weight) prior to processing.

  • Sides and quarters come packed in bags and labeled, and contain a mix of FQ and HQ cuts.
  • Hind quarters come packed in bags and labelled and contain HQ cuts only.
  • Eighths are packed on trays and labelled and contain a mix of HQ and FQ cuts.
  • Cuts are generally not meal sized so have some freezer bags handy. Meal sizing can be arranged – an additional charge applies.

The prices below include all cuts but now exclude delivery (due to recent freight/fuel increases)

 

Delivery

  • Meringandan, Highfields, Kleinton – $5.00
  • Toowoomba and immediate surrounds (Gowrie, Kingsthorpe, Westbrook, Oakey) – $10.00
  • Brisbane (north to Burpengary and south to Ormeau) – $15.00
 

Sides of beef – $15/kg

Quarters of beef – $15.50/kg

Eighths of beef – $16/kg
